What is the RELX Trial Programme?

The 7 Days Home Trial is your opportunity to try out our technology in the comfort of your own home. You have a full weeks to make your decision, with expert guidance including virtual coaching, online tutorials and support material. It ultimately gives you the confidence to choose - you can try RELX and ask for advice before making an informed decision at the end of the trial.

How does the RELX Trial Programme work?

• Choose your device (different colour options available)
• Follow the steps to place an order
• Fill the FORM to join RELX Trial Programme
• We will verify your age, in order to do this we will need your home address and date of birth.
• Enter your personal information and Your Order Number (Please make sure information you filled match with your order information
• Receive your device within 1-3 working days at your chosen shipping address
• Once your 7 days are up, you can just keep it; or return us with the return form.
•  (RELX Trial Programme does not include RELXPODS)

When should I expect to receive my RELX device?

We will send your 7 Days RELX Trial kit to you within 1-3 working days.

After I complete my order, what's next?

Our RELX Customer service answer any queries you may have and share tips and tricks about the device. Customer service are available Monday – Friday, 9:00-18:00.

What if I want to keep my RELX device at the end of the 7 days?

If you want to keep your device that’s great news! Because you made the payment already, Just need to enjoy RELX.

How do I return the RELX device if it's not for me?

If your RELX device isn’t right for you that’s completely fine! Reach out to info@myrelax.co and one of our RELX experts will be in touch with you to help process your return.

How quickly do I need to return the device?

The device must be returned no later than 30 days from when the order was placed. If we receive it later than this you are not entitled to a refund

If we receive your device within 7 days of when the order was placed we will offer refund for you. (excluded shipping fee)

If we receive your device 7-14 days after the order was placed the cost of the device will be refunded within 7 - 10 days.

My RELX device is not working as expected.

In the unlikely event of device issues, Please contact us and provide replacements if necessary. We will also extend your 7 days trial if needed.
